30 minute class Objectives: -- Describe the major events or elements of the 1920s -- Create a presentation to describe the impact of one or more of those events Activities: -- Take a pretest to demonstrate current knowledge of the 1920s -- Go over task -- In small groups, select a grouping of events/elements of the 1920s from which to create a 4 slide presentation -- Determine who will fulfill which roles in the group work -- Begin research from textbook Independent Learning: -- Consider doing AzMerit sample tests (see website posting of March 29 for how to access the sample tests and the scoring guide (answers)) Notes/Handouts/Material covered in class:
