Objectives: -- Argue the pros and cons of the US entering World War I Activities: -- Review rules on Fishbowl Debates -- Get pro/con roles for World War I debate -- Prepare for debate (determine strongest arguments and rebuttals for likely arguments from opponents) -- Fishbowl debate -- Second fishbowl debate using opposing argument Independent Learning: -- None in general , but students who did not have their Friday assignment work done today will have to do an alternate assignment.
