Objectives: -- Describe how geography impacted China's development -- Describe the development of China's writing -- Explain the events that led up to the development of ancient China's belief systems Activities: -- Turn in the Story of the Buddha comic (Periods 2, 6, 7, & 8) -- With partner, brainstorm what you already know about ancient China; share with class -- View powerpoint; take notes (see below) Independent Learning: -- Period 1: Complete Story of the Buddha -- Period 1: Bring back signed SLC appointment form -- Weekly Weekend Work -- Check StudentVUE -- Do any missing work -- Check OG gmail account for any messages from teachers -- Clean out/organize backpack -- Restock supplies. If you don't have supplies at home, write in planner to stop in at office or Ms, Schaedler's room first thing Monday morning to pick up what you'll need for the week.
